Arrows Puzzle ("the App", "we", "us") is a free-to-play logic puzzle game available on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Data We Collect

We do not require account creation and do not collect your name, email, or any directly identifying personal information. The App collects the following data automatically:

All data collected is aggregated and cannot be used to directly identify you as an individual.

3. How We Use Data

• Improve gameplay — understanding which levels are too hard or too easy
• Fix crashes — diagnosing and resolving bugs reported via Crashlytics
• Deliver and optimise ads — serving relevant ads through AdMob
• Measure app health — retention, session length, and engagement metrics

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other signals to serve personalised ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

Opting out does not remove ads from the App — it replaces personalised ads with contextual (non-personalised) ads.

Arrows Puzzle is rated Everyone and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete that information promptly.

Advertising in the App complies with Google's Families Policy.

7. Data Retention

Analytics events are retained for 14 months by default in Firebase, after which they are automatically deleted. Crashlytics reports are retained for 90 days. AdMob retains advertising data per its own retention schedule.

Game progress (levels completed, settings) is stored locally on your device via Android DataStore and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalised advertising (see Section 5)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because the App does not collect directly identifying information, most requests can be fulfilled by uninstalling the App (which removes all locally stored data) and resetting your Advertising ID.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted to Firebase and Google's servers. Game progress stored on your device is protected by Android's application sandboxing. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a security concern, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
